Waiver – Children on site at Pilates x pt.

 

Occasionally, Pilates X PT permits attendance at Pilates classes with your child on-site, though these occasions are at the discretion of Pilates X PT, we ,may refuse children to be on site at any time or ask you to leave with your child at any time.

I hereby assume full responsibility for my child/children while on the premises of Pilates X PT. I understand that it is my duty to supervise them at all times during my workout, ensuring they are safely navigating stairs. By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that Pilates X PT does not provide child minding services or a crèche facility. I agree that any use of the designated child safe zone is at my own risk.  

The member acknowledges that it is their responsibility to always ensure their child’s safety on the premises.

Children using the machines or playing around them outside the designated child-safe zone is prohibited unless authorized by Pilates X PT management.

Child Safety Zone: Pilates X PT does not guarantee that the Child Safety Zone is appropriate for your child, and it is your responsibility to ensure and verify that the Child Zone and its contents are safe for your child every time your child is within the Safety Zone.

 The Member hereby agrees to: release, indemnify, to keep indemnified and hold harmless the Pilates X PT, its officers, employees and agents, from and against all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever (“Claims”) which may be incurred directly or indirectly by reason of or in relation to: (i) (ii) (iii) a Force Majeure; the use of the Studio by the Member; any accident, damage, loss or injury occurring to the Member as a result of the Member’s own negligence 4 or failure to follow the instructions of Pilates X PT; except to the extent that any Claim arises wholly out of any act or omission of Pilates X PT.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Pilates XPT reserves the right to cancel any booked class on our schedule at any time and for any reason. In the event that we cancel a booked class, members will be notified via email or text message about the cancellation. Sessions will not be deducted from member accounts, and we may offer a free session or other forms of compensation at our discretion.

Class Bookings and Unlimited Use of Studio

Class bookings are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the ability to book every session on our schedule. Members with an unlimited access membership or other bookings are also subject to availability.
