Training during pregnancy and postpartum requires different approaches for each trimester, as the body's needs and capabilities change.
We offer personalized exercises tailored to each woman's stage and individual needs, with focus on maintaining a strong and healthy body, relieving pain, and promoting faster postpartum recovery.
Conscious breathing is a key component of our practice, enhancing exercise effectiveness and aiding in natural birth. We also work on strengthening upper back and arm muscles for comfortable baby carrying, as well as leg strength and mobility to prepare for the demands of motherhood.
Our group sessions are 45 minutes long, with babies and toddlers welcome to join.

Throughout my professional training, the Pilates method has been my faithful ally, leading me to pursue certifications in Mat and Physioballs, Reformer and Studio, and Physical Activity in Pregnancy and Postpartum. Concurrently, I conducted research and studied various somatic techniques, including Feldenkreis and Alexander, as well as movement systems such as FRC and PNF. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, gain a deeper understanding of it, and discover new abilities that allow you to explore the world more freely and from new perspectives.
